Privacy policy
Last updated November 7, 2026
White Rock Works LLC ("we", "us") makes mobile games, apps and online videos. This policy explains what information our games, apps and this website collect, why, and what you can do about it. If you have a question, email [email protected].
The short version
- We collect as little as we can. Most of our games and apps work without an account.
- We don't sell your personal information.
- Payments go through Apple or Google. We never see your card details.
- Each app's store listing shows exactly what that app collects. If an app collects more than this page describes, the app-specific section below says so.
This website
This website has no accounts, forms, advertising or analytics, and sets no cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Everything on the site, including fonts, is served from our own domain, so no one besides our host sees your visit.
Our games and apps
Information on your device
Game progress, settings and similar data are stored on your device. They stay there and are removed when you delete the app, unless you turn on a cloud save offered by Apple or Google, which is covered by their privacy policies.
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We receive a confirmation that a purchase happened so we can unlock it, but not your name, card number or billing address.
Crash reports and diagnostics
Some apps send anonymous crash reports and performance data, such as device model, system version and what the app was doing when it crashed. We use this only to fix bugs. It isn't linked to your identity.
Advertising and analytics
If a game or app shows ads or uses an analytics service, the provider may collect a device identifier and usage data. Where the law or the store requires it, the app asks for your permission first, for example through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. The app-specific section below names any provider an app uses.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to answer you.
Children
Some of our games may appeal to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). A game made for children follows the App Store and Google Play family rules and the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that run our apps and website (such as Apple, Google and Cloudflare), with an app's named ad or analytics provider if it uses one, or when the law requires it. We don't sell or rent personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose above. Support emails are deleted within two years of the last reply. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Union, you may have additional rights, and we honor them. See the support page for how deletion works.
Security
We use encrypted connections and keep access to any stored data limited to what's needed to run our services. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect as little as possible in the first place.
App-specific details
No games or apps have been published yet. Each one will get its own section here, listing anything it collects beyond what this page describes.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects what an app collects, we'll say so in that app's update notes.
